We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.

• Orders ship Monday-Friday.
• You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
• We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

At this time, unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

• Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours and are sent via priority mail.
• We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Most orders arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days.
• An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

While we do offer replacements and accept exchanges on products for various reasons we do not offer refunds or accept returns for variations in viscosity, scent, color—these will all vary from batch to batch. Natural ingredients are not identical and can cause variations in the final products. Because EPHESIANS BEAUTY uses the freshest natural ingredients possible to create the products we sell, we do not buy huge lots of ingredients at any given time. This means that our ingredients and products are inherently mutable as they are subject to changes in nature.
